 its pretty eazy your just gonna go to google to search a gif you wantta edit and then download giframe and save the frames as png or jpeg then edite dat shit and when ur done editing download gimp then drag and drop the 1st frame then the other frames and if you want to see ur work just click "fliters" in the top right of gimp then animation>playback and if ya wanna save it as a GIF file click file>export>export as gif and ur done
